To ensure this, we have created a human development system entitled “LED House” (Leadership & Expert Development): We provide continuous support and assistance to all employees, while encouraging them to take responsibility for driving both their professional and personal development.
Employees opting for a career in Leadership will be prepared for management responsibilities and team leadership. We provide the same level of dedicated support for the Expert Development career path, on which employees can become knowledge managers.
Our programme for high-potential junior employees JUMP! has a strong international focus. It enables participants to take on key positions at TÜV SÜD locations all over the world. However, before participants are able to do so, they have to complete several modules of the programme over a 12-month period at various locations on different continents.
