Relevant for: Toys & children's products
The Hong Kong government announced on 15 January 2016 the update of applicable safety standards in the Toys and Children’s Products Safety Ordinance (Cap. 424). Effective from 1 October 2016, these new standards will be applied to toys (Schedule 1) and certain children’s products (Schedule 2).
