Relevant for: Toys and children's products
Recently, the Hong Kong government proposes1 to adopt the most current safety standards published by the associated standards organisations for toys and three classes of children’s products listed in Schedule 2 (“Schedule 2 products”) under the Toys and Children’s Products Safety Ordinance (Cap. 424).
Public comments on the proposal was being collected by the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau until 31 December 2017.
