A curated and immersive gallery powered by TÜV SÜD on the evolution and future of Industry 4.0 for ITAP attendees. This exhibition is prominently located at the entrance of the event hall. Through the Gateway, delegates can participate in a free self-assessment to evaluate their Industry 4.0 readiness and book a complimentary 10-min consultation with a TÜV SÜD expert to interpret the results.

Mr. Jackie Tan
Global Business Line Manager & Program Manager, Digital Service Centre of Excellence

Mr. Tan holds a Master Degree (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, and has over 7 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, digitalisation and consultancy.

In his role as Global Business Line Manager & Program Manager for Industry 4.0; he is responsible for the Industry 4.0 advisory business operation to support companies in the manufacturing sector globally to successfully realise their Industry 4.0 transformation. Prior to that, Jackie worked with Rolls-Royce in the UK and headed the field of Manufacturing Systems where he oversaw the cross-functional digitalisation framework for new factory deployment and shaped the Operations, Manufacturing Data Management and Capability Acquisition Roadmap. He also led business digital lean initiatives and transformed production operations to cut down costs, shorten delivery time and meet customer requirements.

Dr. Andreas Hauser
Director, Digital Service Centre of Excellence

Dr. Hauser holds Degrees in Shipbuilding and Computer Engineering, and a PhD in Applied Mathematics. He started his career at Corporate Research in Siemens before joining TÜV SÜD in Singapore to build up new businesses. He is now leading the Centre of Excellence for Digital Service, a key unit in TÜV SÜD's digital transformation strategy and overseeing the development of new solutions and business models around safety, cybersecurity and reliability of smart systems. The key strategic segments he is responsible for include Autonomous Driving, Industry 4.0, Smart Building, Smart Healthcare, and Sensor Networks.

Live demos was conducted throughout the 3 days at the TÜV SÜD booth located at F20. Attendees visited us as they witness the applications of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and speak to our technical experts who will break down what IIoT can mean for them and their business.
