TÜV SÜD acquires British Wallace Whittle Holdings Ltd.
TÜV SÜD has acquired the British Wallace Whittle Holdings Ltd, a leading British building services engineering and sustainability consultancy. The acquisition supports TÜV SÜD´s continued focus on sustainability and energy efficiency. Wallace Whittle employs 135 experienced and technically qualified staff at offices in London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Ireland and Abu Dhabi.

The transaction also expands TÜV SÜD Real Estate Division’s geographical reach to both the United Kingdom and the Middle East, creating the opportunity for further development in these markets. Wallace Whittle offers mechanical, electrical and air conditioning consultancy services to the construction industry including retail, health, data centre, education and commercial sectors, and are fully qualified in all aspects of BREEAM and LEED Certification. |
